EP 240
is a high quality semi-synthetic soluble cutting fluid. The built-in chlorinated EP additives and the unique foam suppressants enhance its outstanding performance. EP 240 is really a universal product which is suitable for machining a wide range of metals, both ferrous (including stainless steel and other tough materials) and non-ferrous (cuprous metals and aluminium). EP 240 works well in all the traditional machining and even the most up to date CNC high-speed operations. Thanks to its high EP performance, it is not only a soluble cutting fluid, but also widely used in the stamping and punching of thin sheet metals, which are normally done by neat oils.
